Smooth Scribe Scribbles Weekly Mindfulness Reflection

I am trying to be more mindful and ground myself in the everyday. Sometimes with the pace of life, work and even children, it can be hard to set aside time to journal mindfulness everyday. To help myself into a mindfulness habit, I have created a weekly prompt for myself. I thought it would be nice to share it , so that you can use it for journaling. It is also downloadable. I need to start somewhere and I also hope it helps anyone that needs it.
